• To reduce structural shortage of labourers

• To improve the image of horticulture under glass

• To offer young people a nice future in a beautiful trade!

Young people appear to be unfamiliar with horticulture under glass. They often do not know:

• Our sector is one of the most innovating in the Netherlands
